is the rumer ture? Google will use flash to cross platform

Google is going to occupy all OS platform by flash? It doesn't need its own operating system to compete with Microsoft / MacOS / Linux. But with flash, its software can run every where, also in mobile phone!

I just saw gtalk in flash..
